• Rib length: For bolts 1" long – 13/32"; For bolts longer than 1" – 19/32"
• Longitudinal ribs around the shank grip the material and resist spinning of the bolt
• Standard thread length = (2 x Diameter) + 1/4" (not all sizes are threaded to the ribs)
• Zinc-plated
• Meets the following specifications: Mechanical – SAE J429-GR5 (120,000 PSI tensile strength); Dimensional – ANSI B18.5
• Excellent for maintenance applications where it is not possible to make a square hole to accommodate a regular carriage bolt
