• Will operate with alternating current or direct current either polarity
• The addition of lanthanum also lowers the temperature at which the electrode emits electrons allowing the electrode to operate cooler so higher currents can be used
• Lanthanum improves arc initiation and arc stability
• Longer life
• Less contamination
• Length: 7" (18cm)
• Identification: gold tipped
• Meets AWS specifications for EWLa-2
