A special extra-low-carbon stainless steel alloy that is resistant to highly corrosive environments.
• Used in critical applications for X-ray quality welds
• Balanced wetting action for maximum puddle control
• Can be used on food service equipment repairs
• Extremely corrosion resistant and heat resistant to 1800°F
• Designed for welding 200 and 300 series stainless
• USDA acceptable
• Not recommended for high moly grades or stabilized grades of 300 series stainless (i.e.: 317, 318, 320, 340 series).
• Tensile Strength: 82,000 PSI/565 Mpa
• Yield Strength: 50,000 PSI/345 Mpa
• Elongation: 40%
• Corrosion Resistance: Excellent
