Your job takes you everywhere. Bring along a crimping system you can count on for quick, secure connections. The MC4-20 Digital Dial Crimper System from Gates® is an ideal choice for crimping braided hose, with a press capacity of 1/4" single-braid to 1-1/4" 4-spiral hose.
Just dial in an appropriate crimp setting and hold the start button until the light comes on and the buzzer sounds, then release. Crimper has the ability to lock-in a setting for multiple assemblies. Light and buzzer operate on two AAA batteries. Crimper includes a comprehensive instruction video and operating manual.
Build your own system from the components listed, with options for 1/2 and 1-1/2 horsepower electric pumps or an air/hydraulic pump. Hand pumps and 12V DC pumps are also available.
Crimp settings are available on-line at www.gates.com/ecrimp. Simply indicate the hose and fittings to be crimped, and E-Crimp generates a custom crimp chart.
Maximum pump pressure for all pumps is 10,000 PSI
